General Accountability:

The Electronic Reporting Analyst will generate Electronic Data Deliverables. The individual will work closely with the other team members to ensure data integrity and provide electronic data as required.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Follow appropriate methodologies and SOP’s as required.
  • Document activities and report results in a concise and accurate manner.
  • Generate Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) using the Horizon LIMS EDD Generator.
  • Entry of data into the database as required for reporting.
  • Perform other duties within the Reporting Department such as creating and mailing DVDs/CDs, binding data packages, photocopying data, etc. as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and directed by the Group leader or Department Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office and understanding of database concepts.
  • Multi-tasked, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Possess a positive attitude and be able to multitask on several projects simultaneously.
  • Possess a high energy level, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Laboratory experience and familiarity of electronic data reporting formats such as EQUIS, ADR, ERPIMS, SEDD, and/or XML a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with staff, management and clients in a professional manner.
  • Diligent work ethic, and able to work well independently and as a team.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and at least 8 credit hours of college level computer courses preferred.
  • Computer, science, or laboratory background a plus.

Physical Demands:

  • Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with staff, management, and clients.
  • Able to sit, and /or stand for 100% of an 8-hour day.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Dexterity in hands and fingers to operate computer and other equipment.
  • Must have average vision and able to see to read reports and operate equipment.
  • Must be able to distinguish differences in color and shade.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motion actions.
